Like all our other hand-roasted whole bean coffee blends, our organic Low Acid coffee blend is imported directly from small farmer cooperatives around the world and is certified Fair Trade. This unique certified organic coffee blend is created from a medium roast and a French roast from Honduras combined with another medium roast from Nicaragua. What makes it special is that it is considerably less acidic than other coffee blends, boasts an enhanced flavor and is easy on the stomach.

Specially formulated for both cold and hot brew, our premium organic Low Acid blend has a unique, silky smooth flavor with hints of caramel, and a creamy, sweet and savory aroma that's unmatched by other coffees. It also lacks the sour and bitter taste of other coffee blends. For those looking for a coffee blend with a more nuanced flavor profile, this is the coffee blend for you.

1) This coffee roast is formulated for BOTH hot brew and cold brew. HOT brew coffee beans are not meant for cold brew as the taste will be distorted. This delicious specialty blend can be used for both.

 

2) Low Acid Blend is MUCH less acidic than hot brew coffee. If drinking hot coffee makes your stomach uneasy, try switching to Low Acid Blend.

 

3) Enhanced taste. Smooth and sweet versus floral and acidic. Any coffee aficionado can note the distinctive taste profiles that distinguish Low Acid Blend from a hot cup of conventionally brewed java. Boiling water gives coffee a sour and bitter taste.
